Sophie (she/her)
PhD in Mathematics
Sophie (she/her) recently completed a PhD in the Mathematics Department. Her mathematics research involved designing and solving Sudoku-like puzzles that draw on applications in computer science and thermodynamics. She also has experience and training in interdisciplinary pedagogy from the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Technology. Outside of her formal academic work, her reading and writing practices engage with poetry, memoir, comedy, and religious texts.
